Econ faculty awarded and named finalists for the Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence 2021

The Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence for the Year 2021, which covered the period of Winter 2020 and Spring/Summer/Fall 2021, was announced in May 2022.

Prof. Yao Amber Li received the UG Teaching Award, and Prof. Junlong Feng, Prof. Byoungchan Lee, Prof. Siu Fai Leung, and Prof. Susheng Wang of the Department were named Finalists of the Award. Congratulations!

The Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence was established in 2000 with donations from the Larry and Mei Kwong Franklin Endowment Fund. It is to recognize business faculty contributions in terms of teaching excellence in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

The Department of Economics won the Department Award for Teaching Excellence for the same year as well.
