We were delighted to meet many prospective students and their families and friends in person at the Economics program booths and the Economics program session on the HKUST Information Day on 2 November 2024.

Student representatives from the BBA Econ, BSc ECOF, and BSc MAEC programs welcomed our guests at the program booths and gave an in-depth look at their academic programs and shared their learning experiences at HKUST.

Hosted by Prof. Kam Wing Siu, the program information session was a full house. Besides providing an overview of the program curricula and features, Prof. Siu highlighted everyday examples to showcase how human behavior can be explained by economic theories.
