Update on June 15th - Result Announcements
The ECON-CEP UG Virtual Research Showcase had concluded in the evening of June 13th, with the winner and the 1st runner-up of the Best Presentation Award announced.
The winner of the Best Presentation Award was LEUNG, Ho Long Horus. His project was titled Evaluating the Value of Mass Transit Railway to Housing Premium: An Empirical Analysis of the Hong Kong Housing Market. CHAN, Cheuk Yin Rudolph and YU, Yue were named the 1st runner-up. Their project title was Firms in Globalization: Evidence from China -- Markups, Productivity, and Export Premium. Congratulations!

At the ECON-CEP UG Virtual Research Showcase, six student teams will present their research project highlights (details below). The two team members who get the highest and 2nd highest scores will win the Best Presentation Award and be named 1st Runner-up respectively. The event is jointly hosted by the Department of Economics and the Center for Economic Policy.
