Econ faculty awarded and named finalists for the Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence

The Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence for Winter 2019 / Spring, Summer and Fall 2020 was announced in May 2021.

As for the Department of Economics, Prof. Sujata Visaria received the UG Award, while Prof. Xinyu Hua received the MBA Required Courses Award. Prof. Jenny Xu and Prof. Byoungchan LEE received a Finalist Award respectively.

The Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence was established in 2000 with donations from the Larry and Mei Kwong Franklin Endowment Fund. It is to recognize business faculty contributions in terms of teaching excellences in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
