Staff-Student Liaison Committee Meeting (UG) – Spring Term 2024–25

On 7 April 2025, the Department of Economics held its Staff-Student Liaison Committee (SSLC) meeting for the Spring Term 2024–25. The committee brought together 12 undergraduate student representatives from the BBA (ECON), BSc (ECOF) and BSc (MAEC) programs, the UG Coordinator from the Undergraduate Committee, and the administrative staff. 

The SSLC serves as a vital platform for open dialogue between students and faculty, ensuring that student voices are heard and their feedback is considered in shaping the department’s academic and co-curricular initiatives. During the meeting, student representatives shared valuable insights and suggestions gathered from their peers, covering topics related to curriculum, learning experience, and student life. 

The committee also discussed upcoming activities and ways to further enhance engagement and support within the Economics community. The department appreciates the active participation of all student representatives and their commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
