Hosted by the HKUST Center for Economic Policy and the HKUST Department of Economics, the 16th China Economics Summer Institute will take place on August 23-24, 2023 at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The objective of CESI is to create a network and community of top level scholars working on Chinese economic development.

The Franklin Prize for Teaching Excellence was established in 2000 with donations from the Larry and Mei Kwong Franklin Endowment Fund. It is to recognize business faculty contributions in terms of teaching excellence in both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
